Samir Salem Operation and Software Architecture
Samir overall responsibility includes overseeing Axiom's operations, strategic directions and software architecture. Before founding Axiom, Samir was the lead software architect for Property and Casualty Insurance at a leading European firm and spent more than 15 years in consulting, designing, and implementing Property and Casualty Insurance software solutions across Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America.

Alan Oman Sales Strategy and Marketing
Alan's has a wide variety of roles with Axiom including Sales and Marketing Strategies, Business Alliances, Communications, and Securing key customers relationships. Before Axiom, Alan spent more than 25 years in a variety of software marketing roles specifically in the Life and the Property and Casualty Insurance industries. He had also served on several boards and partnered on software and business ventures throughout Europe, North America and the Middle East.

Nicholas Prater Software Development
Nick has served as the leader of Axiom's software development and integration team since 2009. Since joining Axiom in 2004, Nick has held a variety of roles in the quality assurance, and the vendor integration departments. Before Axiom, Nick spent 3 years as a software developer and quality assurance specialist at a large financial institution.

Leslie Salem Finance and Integration
Leslie has served as Axiom's finance and human resources director since 2009. In addition, she oversees the integration of our software with the financial and accounting departments of our customers. Before Axiom, Leslie spent more than 20 years in several finance and accounting roles within the Property and Casualty Insurance industry and was the controller of 3 medium-sized insurance companies.

Charles Bou Saba Managing Partner, SoftMeans
Before co-founding SoftMeans, Charles spent more than 25 years in the Life and Property and Casualty Insurance software industries. He spent 10 years as the product manager for the insurance market at a leading Lebanese software firm and was managing the development and implementation of insurance software throughout the Middle East, Africa, Europe and North America.

Tony Challita Managing Partner, SoftMeans
Before co-founding SoftMeans, Tony spent more than 25 years in the Property and Casualty Insurance software industry. He was the chief architect for the insurance market and the director of software development for one of the largest software providers in the Middle East with products installed throughout Asia, Europe and Africa.
